Private Sector Consultations/Advice
In today’s world of supply chain disruptions, there is an increased likelihood of upstream suppliers colluding to raise prices on the essential materials used by upstream manufactures and distributors to conduct their business. The NMIC team stands ready to consult with upstream manufacturers to assist in identifying red flags of collusion and conducting investigations including conducting intelligence gathering operations, interviews, and cooperator development. NMIC’s team can assist businesses in conducting and organizing an investigation, identify if there is evidence to make a complaint, and if so, the appropriate agencies to contact, and coordinate meetings with those agencies through NMIC’s extensive relationships in the antitrust community.
